"Coming together to be together to become together; One in Christ"
In the spirit of love and contrition, we, the Kansas City/Olathe Lenten Caravan, gather together during the Lenten season to praise the Lord. As sisters and brothers in Christ, we understand the need to come together as partners in the common struggle to enhance the spiritual, physical, emotional, economic, and political health of our community. We can accomplish this by asking the Holy Spirit to empower us so that we may become a true Christian community.
Along with the preaching of the gospel, economic and social empowerment are encouraged. Local businesses are highlighted. Benevolence is contributed to selected organizations at the end of the last service each year.
