BETHEL’S PARSONAGE CLUB

The Parsonage Club of Bethel AME Church welcomes our new pastor, Rev. Spencer Francis Barrett, and his family to the Bethel Family. As trustee helpers, we look forward to offering our support as they settle into their new place of residence. The Parsonage Club has been very busy during the past few months. In addition to sponsoring Bethel’s Mass Choir in a very successful annual concert, held at Bethel on Nov. 16, 2003 featuring our own William “Bill” Freeman on the organ, we also raised funds during a Nut Sale held in November. At the request of the Senior Adult Council, The Parsonage Club provided cards for the altar for our sick and shut-in during the month of March, In June, we will proceed with plans to assist the church with updating our church directories, compliments of Olan Mills.

Any member of Bethel who is interested in joining our club, please contact any member of the club, and join us at a meeting. Meetings are normally scheduled to be held on the third Saturday, 11:00am, every other month, beginning in February.
